P-Theme’s Terms and Conditions
1. License:
The Porto Theme, including all related documentation, installation scripts, logos, graphics, and HTML files, as provided by P-THEMES, is licensed under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited term license, and it may be used only in the manner and for the purpose specifically set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
2. Usage Restrictions:
The Theme may be used only in connection with the installation and use of the Company’s services as outlined in any expenditure quotation provided by the Company. Any additional use of the Theme requires the prior written consent from the Company and may be subject to additional charges or fees.
The Theme may not be used for any purpose that is or may be contrary to any applicable law or regulation. You may not use or permit the use of the Theme for any purpose that is or may be considered or deemed to be harmful, offensive, or illegal.
You may not modify, edit, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of any kind from the Theme.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Theme in any way.
You may not rent, lease, lend, redistribute, or sublicense the Theme.
3. Ownership:
The Company, or its licensors, are the sole owner of all intellectual and proprietary rights relating to the Theme. The Company reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement.
4. Warranty Disclaimer:
The Theme is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
5. Limitation Of Liability:
In no event will the Company or its affiliates be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Theme.
6. Termination of Agreement:
This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use the Theme and promptly notifying the Company of termination. The Company, in its sole discretion and at any time, may terminate this Agreement if you have breached any of this Agreement’s provisions, or if the Company wishes to terminate service.
